Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing timelines, and overseeing social media content. This role will collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, Events Manager and Lead Designer to ensure all marketing initiatives are visually striking, cohesive, and aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns hit their target.
  • Work closely with the Events Coordinator and Lead Designer to align marketing initiatives with creative direction and event objectives.
  • Manage and support the Social Media Assistant, ensuring content is on-brand, timely, and engaging.
  • Oversee content planning and scheduling for email marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with design teams and aligning marketing initiatives with events or campaigns.
  • Familiarity with project management and social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Canva, and basic analytics.
