As an eco conscious business who strive & thrive to support clients in their homes on a professional & personal level we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The holistic approach to cleaning is how we approach every job, supporting clients in all needs when it comes to cleaning their homes, a polite, non judgmental & compassionate approach is essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and organisation, whether you have prior experience or are eager to develop your skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly
  • Maintain a tidy work environment by organising cleaning tools and materials
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
  • Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet or window cleaning

Requirements

  • Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work during scheduled hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
