Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general drainage works.
  • Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery as necessary.
  • Carry out physical tasks that may involve lifting, bending, digging and standing for extended periods.
  • Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driving licence is mandatory
  • Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
