About you:

We are looking for super kind and friendly individuals, who love a chat and enjoy putting others needs first. Experience in a care environment is not essential, as we will provide you with full training and all the tools you need to be able to deliver excellent care.

Your pay and hours:

£13 per hour - 39 hour week.

Overtime is paid at £14.50 per hour

What you will do:

As our carer, you will support our customers to continue living in their own home. You will have a wide range of duties such as, assisting with personal care, supporting with medication, helping with their nutrition and hydration, getting the weekly shop in or just having a cup of tea and a chat. Each customer will have an individual care plan which will be followed and you will need to document your visits and record any relevant information (we do all this through an easy to use app on your smartphone). We know you will enjoy getting to know each of our customers as individuals and feel great about making a real difference to their day.

What your working pattern may look like:

In general, our morning runs are from 7am-2pm and evening runs go from 4pm-10pm. We also offer waking night shifts and opportunities for live-in care. We try be as flexible as possible and appreciate you may have other commitments - so we can also take a look at your availability and work to create a work pattern that works for you.
