Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with their needs throughout their visit
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene

  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
  • Manage guest requests promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
  • Handle basic cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food industry is preferred but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work during peak seasons

*Weekend work, Boxing Day and New Years Eve are essential please do not apply if you cannot commit to these dates*
