What You'll Do:

As the Kitchen Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our culinary operations. You'll ensure that every meal we serve is prepared to perfection, keeping our guests coming back for more. Your leadership will inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our iconic dishes, ensuring consistency and quality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests
• Monitor and control kitchen costs, working within budgets to maximise profitability
• Drive continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our menu and kitchen processes
• Lead by example, fostering a positive, high-energy work environment

• Proven experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food
