Night Porter

The Hotel Cromwell has a vacancy for a Night Team Member. (Night Porter)

A typical shift would be 10.30pm to 7am. This is a full time positon.

Main objectives of the Night Team Member position are:

• To be responsible for welcoming guests and ensure the Check in and Checkout procedures are followed smoothly and efficiently.
• Maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure repeat visits
• Check all doors are locked at the end of the day and clear all obstacles from corridors.
• Check daily conference room set up and requirements and complete as specified for days business needs.
• Responsible for completing night audit for end of day hotel business
• Ensure smooth and informed handover to day time receptionists
