As a head server you will have

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in a similar bar and restaurant which serves great fresh food which changes seasonally ideally from a brasserie style environment or quality gastro pub
  • Be able to work with teams of over 20+ staff
  • Understanding of events
  • Be able to work in a high demanding environment
  • Used to high volume
  • MUST have a good understanding about the bar and floor operations experience with food
  • Must be flexible in working late night hours
  • Used to being in a customer service background
  • Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
  • Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a food & drink brasserie style environment background.
