THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Senior Designer to deliver high-quality, production-ready design across brand, product, packaging, and digital touchpoints in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Drive accuracy, consistency, and executional excellence.

Key responsibilities:

Create print and digital assets (ATL/BTL, trade, social, brand comms) with flawless execution.

Oversee shoots and help shape our online visual world across social and Growth channels.

Maintain brand consistency: update guidelines, ensure correct use of typography, layout, colour, and assets.

Own packaging design: develop, refine, and deliver print-ready artwork across all SKUs and ranges.

Manage dielines, colour profiles, regulatory requirements, and supplier/printer coordination.

Handle artwork updates, version control, and organised asset management.

Manage and mentor a Mid-Level Designer.

Juggle multiple briefs, collaborating closely with brand, digital, product, ops, and leadership teams while improving processes and workflows.

ABOUT YOU

Significant experience as a creative designer

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of packaging production, pre-press, and print processes.

Good knowledge of contemporary media and creating advertising that punches above its weight creatively

High-level craft skills in layout, typography, colour management, and attention to detail.

Ability to produce accurate, production-ready artworking at speed, through multiple competing deadlines
