20 HOURS PER WEEK as follows - Overtime hours available upon request payable at the same hourly rate

Monday 11am-4pm

Thursday 4pm-9pm

Friday 11am-4pm

Saturday 11am-4pm

Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team in the heart of the fashion retail industry. We have recently launched a new retail experience for our customers, where they can visit us and shop in person. We are seeking a fashion-loving individual who is happy to run the shop floor and help our customers face-to-face. Full training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate product knowledge effectively to enhance customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • Confident and willing to learn our returns portal and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for fashion
