Job Purpose And Scope
To carry out all Purchase Ledger activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company's financial transactions are recorded accurately.

Essential Criteria

• You should have some software knowledge of a finance system
• Detail focused & organised
• Calm, professional and drive to offer excellent service to our suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Your Educational level should demonstrate abilities in numerical subjects

These Are The Areas We Will Develop You In

• Managing the Purchase Ledger functions based on assigned letters of the alphabet and for multiple legal entities
• Verify/process all invoices and credit notes following procedures in SAP
• Reconcile supplier and sub-contractor statements and work with the vendors and our businesses to resolve past due invoices
• Actively monitor the shared Mailbox account and within policies
• Weekly payment runs for multiple entities
• Maintain well organised and accurate filing, following the tidy desk policy
