Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Essex-based commercial flooring contractor in their search for additional experienced commercial flooring contracts / projects managers.

Our clients, a family owned and managed business with a great reputation and financial stability specialize in commercial flooring projects throughout London and the south-east as well as occasionally further afield throughout the UK.

We are seeking an experienced contracts or projects manager who has ideally worked within a flooring management role within one of our client's core areas of business, namely office fit outs, educational establishments, Health care or residential sectors as well as their core Large Scale Residential Projects. 

Requirements:
  • You will be experienced in the management of commercial flooring project from the estimate / sign off stage right the way through to the completion of the job and the signing off of final accounts.
  • You will be capable of running the project from start to finish including liaison with clients, sourcing of materials and labor, overseeing Health and safety on site, dealing with suppliers and third party bodies.
  • On a personal basis Our clients are seeking an ambitious and driven personality who has the ability to take control with very little supervision of projects large and small (sometimes running concurrently) and who can secure the very best results for their clients on all installations.
  • This role will be based from our clients Canary Wharf Offices and Depot in East London so ideally you will be located in an easy commute from there.
