Key job responsibilities
Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local requirements
Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experiences
Develop strategic vendor partnerships that prioritize technological innovation and employee-centric approaches
Conduct advanced data analysis to optimize benefits design, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction
Collaborate across multiple teams to create integrated, forward-thinking benefits strategies

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and technological innovation. You'll dive into complex benefits challenges, exploring how AI can simplify processes, generate meaningful insights, and create more personalized employee experiences. From designing comprehensive benefits programs to piloting groundbreaking technological solutions, you'll be at the forefront of reimagining workplace wellness.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/GenAI to business problems
- Exceptional communication skills in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
- Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and change leadership
- Experience with large-scale HR or benefits programs
- Expertise in building scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Deep understanding of benefits-related data analytics
- Proven track record of technological innovation in corporate settings
- Advanced knowledge of HR technology ecosystems
