Responsibilities

  • Editing: A steady hand to review, proofread and edit all our online content written by our extensive team of writers. You must ensure our high standards of writing, language and accuracy are maintained at all times. 
  • Relevancy and Accuracy: Ensuring content meets the requirement of provided briefs and client guidelines. 
  • Content Development: Taking responsibility and initiative to improve content quality and processes through succinct writer feedback. 
  • Subject Research: Dedicated research time to understand the varied topics we cover and the accuracy of the content written covering these subjects. 
  • Adaptability and Self-Management: Thriving in a fast-paced, entirely digital workplace, while combining with the other members of our editing and wider team. 

Attributes
 

Ideally, you will have:

  • Exceptional written English skills for editing flawless copy that adheres to brief requirements and writing for the web principles.
  • Top-end spelling and grammar, with the experience and know-how to best apply these in a proofreading and copy-editing context. 
  • The initiative to excel in a remote working environment, including the ability to communicate with our diverse team. 
  • An understanding of online content and how to apply SEO requirements.
