Summary of the role:

We are seeking a motivated
Marketing Intern
to join EXL's EMEA & APAC Marketing team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across the full spectrum of B2B marketing, with a primary focus on supporting
events management
and
content creation for social media
. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events, conferences, webinars, and internal initiatives.
  • Provide logistical support including event registration, guest communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Draft and edit engaging content for EXL's social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform event and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives such as campaign reporting, website updates, and collateral preparation.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute fresh ideas to strengthen EXL's marketing presence.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

  • Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for social media storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or social media management platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, events, and data/technology industries.
