Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our NEW team at No.92 Coffee Lounge Severn Valley Country Park. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth in our café located in Alveley, Bridgnorth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café environment.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail or café management with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Barista knowledge is essential.

Pay: £10.00-£14.50 per hour
