What will you be doing as a Senior Paralegal -

You will take ownership of auction pack preparation, managing a pipeline of properties, review title documents, conduct searches, and flag any issues to keep property sales running smoothly and on time.

  • Prepare, review, and deliver auction packs to a consistently high standard.
  • Manage an individual pipeline of c.100 properties, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify title defects and other issues (adverse possession, lost deeds, name discrepancies) and escalate appropriately.
  • Conduct pre-contract searches and checks, including local authority proposals, leases, easements, mortgages, flooding/subsidence risks, and other relevant factors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, CLC regulations, and anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships, providing clear and accurate information via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions, keeping up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years conveyancing experience (residential & commercial)
  • Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and unregistered land
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workload under tight deadlines
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-focused
