We Make Footballers is a UK-wide coaching organisation providing professional football training for children aged 4–12 of all abilities. Our mission is to make football fun, accessible, and developmental, while offering pathways into grassroots clubs and professional academies.

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. You will deliver engaging, high-quality sessions that help children build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the game in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate football sessions across indoor and outdoor venues.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where children of all abilities feel welcome.
  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection standards are upheld at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff.
  • Inspire young players to develop teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Support pathways for players into grassroots clubs or professional academies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 11 per week
