Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate (1–3 PQE) - London

We're working with a highly regarded international law firm that's looking to add an England & Wales qualified Associate (1–3 PQE
)
to its
Restructuring and Bankruptcy team
in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading practice known for its high-profile, cross-border mandates and collaborative culture. The team advises on a wide range of complex restructuring, special situations, and insolvency matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will be UK-trained and qualified with between one and three years' post-qualification experience, and have solid exposure to restructuring, insolvency and special situations work. A strong understanding of key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements, is essential. You'll have experience in cross-border proceedings, well-developed drafting and negotiation skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
