Hey there,

We need someone to help us look less like we're designing our marketing materials 10 minutes before they need to be sent (because that's exactly what's happening).

We're Uncover Creations (and our sister brand, Sinnovator), small UK-based companies crafting premium fantasy pleasure products for adventurous souls worldwide. We've gone from 4 people to 16 this year, our Instagram has grown to 94k followers, and we're shipping more fantasy "toys" than we ever thought possible.

The Practical Bits First

Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling because we're not monsters)

This position is available as either:

  • Part-time employment (15 hours per week, flexible scheduling)
  • Freelance/contract basis (project-based with regular assignments)

Location: Remote

Growth Potential: As we scale up, this role can scale with us. We're growing fast, and we need creative support that can grow too.

Pay: £13.65/hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Bringing Two Brands to Life: Design for both Uncover Creations and Sinnovator. Two distinct brands that share a pleasure-positive ethos.
  • Creating All The Things: Graphics for email newsletters, social media, website banners, blog posts, promotional materials, event graphics, support product launches and whatever else we dream up on a Tuesday afternoon
  • Building Visual Consistency: Help us develop and maintain a distinctive style across all channels.
  • Photo Editing & Asset Wrangling: Light photo editing, asset organisation, and helping us find that one product image we swear we saved somewhere
  • Embracing Our Robot Overlords: We're interested in AI tools and not scared to use them. If you can leverage AI to work smarter (not replace creativity, but enhance it), we're here for it.

What We're Looking For

  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential.
  • After Effects skills are a bonus
  • Shopify Familiarity: Not essential, but helpful since that's where we live online.
  • Mobile-First Mindset: 90% of our customers are on their phones, probably browsing in bed at 11pm. Design for that reality.
  • A Strong Portfolio: We want to see print and digital work.
  • An Open Mind: You're designing for adult fantasy toys. If the idea of creating emails featuring these toys makes you uncomfortable, this might not be your gig (But if it makes you think "finally, a creative challenge", welcome home).
