We are seeking an Accounts Support / Trainee Car Sales Admin to join our team. We require a highly organised administrator to provide support to the Accounts team, someone who can ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Role and Responsibilities include working closely with the Accounts team processing customers' vehicle orders, and all associated administration, assisting with the Bank reconciliation and both purchase ledger and sales ledger, supporting the Accountant with month end process.
Excellent organisational skills. Confident and articulate. Liaising between customers and our own in-house departments.
Do you have the following? Previous experience of administration. You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills. An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately. Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers. Full UK Driving Licence and your own car, to travel to RRG Peugeot Oldham and support Accounts and Car Sales Admin teams when necessary.
