Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 14:00 – 00:00 Midnight hours per week.

Two Shift Patterns Available:

1. Sunday/Monday/Tuesday

1. Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

Location: James Hall & Co. Ltd, SPAR Distribution Centre, Bowland View, Preston, PR2 5QT

Salary: £15.18 per hour 14:00-22:00

£17.63 per hour 22:00-00:00 Midnight

About the Role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Transport team at our distribution centre based in Preston.

What will I be doing?

• To systematically maintain the cleanliness of the fleet.
• Put trucks through vehicle wash.
• Maintain in cab cleanliness.
• Clean rear of vehicles with the aid of a jet wash.
• Record and maintain a washing schedule.
• Occasional requirement to clean other company vehicles.

A Few Things About You

• Be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• To be a good team player with the drive to meet daily productivity targets.
• Enjoys physical work.
• Must hold a valid Class 1 HGV license.
• Hold a valid driver CPC qualification.
• Hold a valid Tachograph card.
