- Oversee and improve data quality, structure, and consistency to enable robust financial insight.
- Support performance reviews and investor reporting for investors.
- Mentor junior finance team members and embed strong analytical discipline across the function.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3–5+ years' FP&A or commercial finance experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with ability to simplify complex concepts to drive decision making.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Comfortable working with incomplete data sets and improving data accuracy.
- Experience in a private equity–backed or high-growth environment is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate autonomously in a lean structure.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial curiosity with resilience to challenge and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Results driven with a bias for action, tenacious, self-starting and comfortable operating with ambiguity and at pace.
What's On Offer
- Work in a dynamic, fast-growing, PE-backed business with clear growth ambitions.
- Shape the financial planning and insight capability of a PE-backed growth business.
- Direct partnership with an ambitious Head of Strategy, senior leadership team and engaged PE investors.
- Exposure to private equity value creation plan.
- Flexible working and a pragmatic, supportive working culture.
