We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy experienced Cashier to join our Cash Desk team. You'll be responsible for handling high-value transactions, supporting gaming operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, chip, and ticket transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle currency exchanges and verify large cash amounts.
  • Maintain strict compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures.
  • Balance floats and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
  • Identify and report any irregularities or suspicious activity.
  • Work collaboratively with security, surveillance, and gaming teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a casino cash desk or high-volume cashiering role is essential.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage large sums of money confidently.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
  • Over 18 years of age.
