Group Office Administrator

The Horbury Group is delighted to offer an opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator on a 12-month maternity cover contract (until December If you are brilliantly organised, tech-savvy and excited by the idea of supporting a busy leadership team then this is a fantastic chance to step into a dynamic, varied role at the heart of our Group's operations.
This is a 21-hour-per-week position, with flexibility to tailor the working days and hours to suit both you and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive administrative support to Directors and Managers.
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating key meetings, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions where required.
- Creating and scheduling posts across all Group social media platforms and supporting internal and external marketing activities when required.
- Assisting with the organisation of charity initiatives, tracking donations and promoting involvement.
- Coordinating lunches where required, client entertainment, staff events and corporate functions.
- Collating and managing essential reports and preparing monthly management meeting packs.
- Logging and forwarding training requirements to the Training Team.
- Monitoring staff holidays and ensuring procedures are followed.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Confident with technology and Microsoft Office packages.
- Marketing and/or social media experience would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a professional environment.
- Previous administration experience.
- Ability to work effectively with Director-level staff.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Friendly, helpful and collaborative attitude.
