We're looking for a skilled and safety-driven
Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer
to join our growing team in
High Wycombe
.

In this hybrid role, you'll not only be responsible for
installing and maintaining smart meters
, you'll also take on the lead role in
Training,
developing, mentoring, and supporting
new engineers as part of our field training programme.

What You'll Do

Your time will be split between being in customer homes installing meters and being in our training centre delivering our new start package to fully qualified metering engineers.

You will:

Install, commission, and maintain gas & electric smart meters to the highest safety and technical standards.

Complete all safety checks and compliance testing (Gas Safe / MOCoPA).

Deliver great customer service and represent the company professionally.

Deliver training and development of new and existing engineers in the field.

Promote a strong safety culture and continuous learning environment.

What You'll Bring

• Qualified Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer (Gas & Electric).
• Current
  CCN1, MET1, CMA1/CMA3, and MOCoPA
  certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

·       Great communication and coaching skills.

·       Ability to talk confidently in front of groups of up to 15 people

·       A proactive, safety-first approach and passion for high standards.

Desirable:

• Experience in training, mentoring, or technical assessments.
• TAQA, A1, or equivalent assessor/trainer qualification.
• Live within one hours travel of High Wycombe
