You'll be responsible for over £780 million in written contribution and 430,000 lives, driving innovation and growth across our product lines including Dental, Cash Plan, and Clinics.

• Leading  a team of Corporate Consulting Leaders and Health Insurance Consultants to deliver market-leading consultancy and account management.

• Responsibility to own and drive the Corporate Insurance P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for new business and retention, collaborating with both the Marketing and Distribution teams.

• Be an internal champion,  cross-selling across Bupa's portfolio, deepening customer relationships and expanding product reach.

• Use data insights and market trends to optimise performance and customer outcomes.

• Ensure all distribution activities meet regulatory standards and deliver fair customer outcomes.

• Represent Bupa externally, building strong partnerships with corporate clients and intermediaries.

We're looking for a strategic leader with deep experience and understanding in B2B sales and account management within financial services or healthcare.

You'll bring:

• Proven success in leading large teams and delivering commercial growth.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills at board level.

• A customer-first mindset with a track record of treating customers fairly.

• Expertise in regulated environments and compliance.
