Who We Are Looking For
We have an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join our Pay & Reward team.
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for partnering with a specific area of the organisation to provide exceptional delivery of payroll services. The postholder will support the delivery of an accurate, compliant and cost-effective payroll function including end to end processing of high-volume and complex payroll and benefits using the payroll software.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the wider team of Payroll Specialists with their areas or business functions where required.
- Ensuring monthly payroll data checks are completed to ensure high levels of accuracy and that employees are paid accurately and on-time.
- Supporting the Pensions Manager and Reward Analyst with preparation, validation and submission of all.
- Reports for our benefit provider and ensure they meet the prescribed deadlines.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the payroll system and maintain a substantial knowledge of the HR system.
This is a home-based role, with occasional travel.
This advert is for a fixed term contract, for 12 months. This is a full-time role for 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is £32,577 per annum.
