Job description

You will need At least 2 years experience in Maintenance Person/Maintenance and Decorating or similar work you will be required to follow out the following jobs

Painting and Decorating

· Flooring – laminate, tiles

· General bathroom maintenance - Fitting Shower Screens, bath panels, fixing toilets, silicone etc

· Basic plumbing ie. Waste pipes, ability to plumb in a bath and basin, tap changes, leak repairs etc

· Fixing / replacing Locks

· General maintenance – kitchen cabinet repairs, fitting shelves, fitting curtains and blinds, mouse proofing etc

. be able to fit new kitchens and bathrooms

Must Have

full UK driving licence

Your own tools and equipment

Standard DBS check to be provided by you

Good standard of spoken English

Must be able to send all information about the job once complete including pictures

working times

7.00am to 3pm Mon - Fri

with option of overtime and weekend if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
