Warehouse supervisor to facilitate the effective running and monitoring of our factory stores and equipment held on engineer's vans. To include organising of orders and deliveries, invoicing, stock control and system setup, product research and machine production.

Overview

Due to company growth, we are currently looking for a talented Warehouse supervisor to join our nationwide service team, to be based in our new factory unit in Stoke.

The company

WNV-Systems has 30 + years' experience in specialist Automatic Cleaning of all road vehicles, Trains, Trams and Helicopters with an outstanding service and maintenance record.

We manufacture, install and delivery our patented automatic under chassis systems along with three brush rollovers, Drive Through Bus Wash, Water reclamation systems and Pressure wash units to Local Authorities, Haulage companies and all the largest bus organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

We have a dedicated service team of engineers located throughout the UK and Ireland and a network of engineers based overseas which extends our service across Europe.

The role and responsibilities

· Organisation of our current stores and parts systems, to include set up and monitoring

· Part tracking, from ordering with suppliers, quality checking, distribution, and invoicing.

· Suppliers contact, research, and develop with suppliers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness of the products we use.

· Parts tracking and monitoring.

· Organisation of parts and items to ensure works and supplies can be completed.

· Stock level control and effective distribution of stock items

· Receive, unload and check of incoming shipments

· Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

· Maintain a clean and organized work area - Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Delivery of stock to site

· Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

· Working as part of a nationwide service team

· Ability to work independently daily as well as working within a team.

Full training will be given, the applicant should have the following:

· Good IT skills, to include Microsoft excel, word and email

· Good written and communication skills

· Organisation skills

· Punctual and able to work closely with others.

· Knowledge or experience of parts stores would be beneficial but not required.
