However, with those challenges comes incredible rewards and accolades associated with your involvement on such iconic projects that will catapult your career AE Recruitment has been working with this client for the past few years, we've successfully grown their Dubai studio, which we're now replicating in London.We're looking for Architects, Senior Architects, and Associate and a Director who has the experience and gravitas to work on architectural projects on a global scaleAs a Senior Architect/Associate level individual you should be accustomed to working with project teams, be methodical in your way of working and have a clear outline in how you execute a project enabling a successful, deliverable and achievable concept design, while effectively being able to communicate and maintain the original integrity design vision, throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle through to fruition. RequirementsBachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture and preferably RIBA qualifiedHave the "right to work" in the UK. Possess a strong portfolio working on international projects, with 10+ years of work experience as a qualified Architect.In -dept understanding of ArchiCAD or Revit software is a MUSTKnowledge of all phases of construction and project completionExcellent leadership and communication skillsExcellent time management and resource programmingExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards of the UAEExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with ArchiCAD or Revit, Rhino and SketchUpStrong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensionsVisual awareness and an eye for detailCommunication and project management skillsBrilliant interpersonal and networking skillsDetail -oriented and highly analyticalDeadline -driven and dedicated to excellence Benefits££ negotiableWork within a growing firm who are making a great name for themselves in the Middle East and are looking to build their London office.This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days a week from home
