Deco Glaze are seeking an efficient and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our busy office team. This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, managing their orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email, providing quotations, processing orders, and updating internal records. You will also liaise closely with our Factory team and installers to organise delivery schedules, coordinate site bookings, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Produce quotations and process customer orders accurately
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal systems
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery and installation schedules
  • Liaise with the Factory Supervisor to support production planning
  • Communicate delivery timescales and updates to customers
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support office efficiency
  • Contribute positively to the wider team environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is personable, reliable, and committed to delivering great customer service. You will be confident managing multiple tasks, comfortable working in a busy office, and proactive in ensuring information flows smoothly between teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Competent using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics coordination is beneficial
