Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly websites. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop visually appealing and functional web solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage responsive websites for the company's e-commerce operations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
  • Optimise landing pages and product listings to improve conversion and SEO performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to create promotional pages and digital content for campaigns.
  • Integrate website functionality with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce APIs.
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across Amazon, company website, and digital assets.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and make data-driven design improvements.
  • Test websites for functionality, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimisation.
  • Manage regular content updates, banners, and promotional layouts.
  • Collaborate with the software team for UI/UX improvements and front-end enhancements.

Skills

  • Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (MSc in relevant subject preferred).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React).
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, UX/UI design principles, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in e-commerce environments (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce) desirable.
