Kindergarten Practitioner

Farleigh School is seeking an individual who is passionate about Early Years childhood education for this full-time position. This is an exiting time for Farleigh as we work towards opening a new Nursery onsite to feed into the Kindergarten and Pre-Preparatory School. As such, this role will begin within our purpose built, modern, light, spacious well-resourced Pre-Preparatory School before moving over (in September 2026) to a newly furbished Nursery on the same site.

The successful candidate will:

  • be kind, warm and nurturing to all, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • have appropriate qualifications for the standard of the post
  • be willing to work as part of a team and independently
  • have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • be able to forge good relationships with pupils, parents and staff
  • be willing to embed the Catholic ethos of the school, and follow the Mission Statement in all aspects of school life.

This is a full time position working from 8.00am - 4.45pm Monday - Friday, with core working weeks during the 34 weeks of term, and providing support to holiday courses as required during school holiday periods.
