We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bath. You'll manage multiple digital projects across a variety of clients and sectors - from early-stage prototypes and innovation experiments to large-scale production systems. You'll work in an agile, collaborative environment, helping our teams and clients stay focused, adaptive, and creative as projects evolve.

At Rocketmakers, we meet our clients where they are in product development - whether that's shaping an early concept, building an MVP, or scaling a mature product - and you'll play a key role in guiding them through that journey. Part of your work will involve helping clients clarify their goals, refine their ideas, and build strong project plans, drawing on our collective experience to set them up for success.

Alongside project delivery, you'll also contribute to internal initiatives such as refining our delivery processes and supporting proposal writing.

• Lead multiple digital product development projects from discovery through delivery, working closely with designers, developers, and product owners.
• Build strong relationships with clients - keeping communication open, expectations clear, and delivery on track.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resourcing and risk
• Tailor agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to suit a project's needs
• Support internal operations - for example, contributing to proposal writing, process improvement, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the leadership and delivery teams to continuously improve how we plan and deliver projects.

• Has 4+ years of experience managing digital or software projects/products, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
• Has led cross-functional teams to deliver projects/products
• Is comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and clients.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing project challenges and conversations.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working closely with both clients and cross-functional teams.
• Enjoys contributing beyond project delivery - improving processes, supporting proposals
• Takes ownership, keeps to commitments, and thrives in a collaborative, transparent environment.

This is a full-time permanent role, however, we would consider 4 days a week for the right candidate. Our current working model is flexible, with at least one day to be spent in the office in Bath. We are specifically looking for a Bristol/Bath/South West based candidate.

We also like to share our love of tech with schools to encourage the next generation of coders from all backgrounds.
