Overview

The Fat Pizza Newbury is open for the position of Store Manager. The Salary is based upon Candidate's experience and will be discussed at the time of interview. As its a newly established franchise in Newbury; the store is in a process of team building and brand recognition. Thus, the ideal candidate should be committed in not only successfully carrying out daily operations but maintaining positive brand image in Newbury.

One week of intensive training would be provided after which candidate is expected to operate the store independently. Basic duties are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Being well versed with the Menu Range: Desserts, Pizzas, Burgers and Sides.
  • Ensuring food preparation is complete and all items are fresh and labelled with correct date.
  • Dough preparation is completed as per first in first out basis.
  • Completing Food, hygiene and temperature checks digitally on the Fat Pizza Log it Application.
  • Coordinating with the Delivery Drivers to ensure order is prepared in sync and dispatched hot and fresh.
  • Taking collection orders via Syrve POS.
  • Staying well versed with the Fat Pizza Meal deals and BOGOF offers.
  • Updating Inventory count on the system.
  • Maintaining record of Cash and Card payments.
  • Carrying out Store Closing from 10-11pm.

  • Day Shift Availability 2-6 pm (Optional)

  • Evening Shift Availability 6-11 pm (Mandatory)

Experience:

  • Pizza Store Experience (Preferred)

  • Dessert Shop or Fast food Experience (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
