Role Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced 2nd Fix Carpenters for ongoing price work on new-build residential sites. The ideal candidates will be skilled, efficient, and take pride in producing a top-quality finish. Consistent work is available for reliable tradespeople who maintain high standards and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all 2nd fix carpentry work on new-build homes, including doors, skirting, architraves, stair components, and ironmongery.
• Deliver a high-quality finish while working efficiently to agreed price rates.
• Read and interpret site drawings and specifications accurately.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
• Liaise professionally with site managers and other trades.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 2nd Fix Carpenter, ideally within residential new-build environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards.
• Own tools and transport.
• Valid CSCS card required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work to targets.
