PROFIT SHARE
| Our BrewDog Bars now share 10% of their profits with our fantastic crew. We're setting the bar high for the hospitality industry and giving you even more reasons to do an amazing job.

SAFE RIDE HOME
| We want to make sure you get home safe after a hard shift. That's why we contribute £5 to your pay-check to help you get home safely after midnight. This is open to all our bar crew.

BEER TRAINING
| We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we'll support you through the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications, so you can love it almost as much as we do. You also get to try loads of beer… tough job right.

| After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.

About The Role
Bar Supervisor - BrewDog Seven Dials

Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? BrewDog Seven Dials is looking for a Bar Supervisor, someone passionate about great beer, great service, and great people.

This is the perfect opportunity for a team leader or supervisor to lead a team, and support the management in creating the best craft beer experience in London.

What will you be doing?

As Bar Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of the shift, supporting the Assistant Manager and General Manager to keep the bar running smoothly. You'll lead by example, motivate the crew, and make sure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

You Will

• Lead and support the team during busy shifts
• Be hands-on behind the bar, on the floor, and wherever you're needed
• Deliver outstanding service and uphold BrewDog standards
• Help train and coach newer team members
• Take on key holder responsibilities and assist with day-to-day operations

About You
You know your way around a busy bar and thrive in a fast-paced, social environment. You're confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality, and eager to keep learning and progressing.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous hospitality or bar experience
• Is confident in leading and motivating others
• Communicates clearly and positively
• Has an interest in craft beer and great customer experiences
• Wants to grow into an Assistant Manager role and beyond
