At Evri, we're on a mission to deliver better. As our network grows and evolves, we need a Finance Manager – Field Operations who can get close to the action, challenge how things work today, and help shape how we operate tomorrow.

This role is hands-on, field-focused and central to improving efficiency across the network. You'll drive route optimisation, re-map suppliers, support the rollout of our remaining non-transferred sites, and strengthen performance reporting as SME Operations scales.

  • Partner with Operations to turn strategy into clear, deliverable financial plans.
  • Build stretching, insight-led budgets in collaboration with Central Operations Finance.
  • Identify and quantify risks and opportunities, ensuring they are reflected in forecasts.
  • Lead the performance rhythm with operational Directors, bringing clarity, challenge and accountability.
  • Tell the story behind the numbers with simple, sharp and impactful reporting.
  • Improve KPI frameworks and deliver reporting that drives high-value decisions.
  • Provide real-time insights and deeper analysis that improves operational performance.
  • Strengthen financial governance, ensuring robust evaluation of headcount, investment and site decisions.
  • Champion strong local financial controls across your operational pillar.
  • Drive continuous improvement, removing inefficiency and embedding more effective ways of working.

  • A chartered accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Around 7–10 years' experience in a multi-discipline finance role with strong business partnering credentials.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in financial appraisal and decision support.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills, capable of unpicking complex operational problems.
  • Experience influencing and challenging director-level stakeholders.
  • Agile, resilient and comfortable working across competing priorities.
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style that builds high-performing teams.
  • UK driving licence (regular field travel is essential).
