What You'll Do

People & Culture

  • Lead HR operations and foster a high-performing, people-first culture
  • Recruit, onboard, train and support team members
  • Manage employee relations, payroll, performance reviews, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance and keep policies and processes up to date
  • Partner with Directors to align HR strategy with business goals
