JOB PURPOSE

As IVI London Hub Manager, you will lead all non-clinical operations at our London Hub. You will manage and develop the administration team while actively supporting clinical activities, including patient interactions and assisting the team during busy periods.

You will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a seamless patient experience. Reporting to the IVI London Medical Director, you will be a key member of the Hub Leadership Team.

DUTIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Lead all non-clinical operations across the IVI London Hub
• Manage, support, and develop the administration team
• Take part in clinical activities to support patients and clinic flow
• Drive operational efficiency, commercial performance, and patient care standards
• Collaborate with clinical and laboratory leads to optimise capacity and throughput
• Monitor key performance, financial, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Ensure compliance with HFEA regulations and internal governance
• Build a culture focused on accountability, high performance, and patient experience

EXPEREINCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant operational leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or a patient-focused setting
• Strong financial and commercial management skills
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and KPIs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centred care
