Job Title: Oracle ERP Architect – Fusion & eBusiness Suite (Finance Focus)
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Remote/Colchester (x3 days in the office) preferred

Historically working within CX and SCM, Enigen are looking to expand our portfolio into back-office operations, and we're searching for a lead Architect to shape and drive those opportunities in both a pre-sales and delivery capacity, supporting clients AI strategy with the tooling.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Fusion ERP and eBusiness Suite (EBS), with a particular focus on Finance modules, although HCM knowledge will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementations, upgrades, and complex ERP landscapes, capable of providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across client engagements.
This role also has the potential to evolve into a managerial position, leading teams and contributing to the growth of our ERP practice.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, architecture, and technical oversight of Oracle ERP solutions, covering both Fusion ERP and eBusiness Suite.
- Provide guidance on implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define solution strategies.
- Conduct technical assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap planning for ERP landscapes.
- Identify opportunities for AI enablement in Finance
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and technical teams, providing guidance on ERP architecture patterns and solutions.
- Support pre-sales and client advisory activities, including solution proposals, demos, and RFP responses.
- Oversee ERP project delivery, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Provide detailed guidance and expertise in Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Assist clients in optimizing finance processes, improving automation, compliance, and reporting capabilities within Oracle ERP.
- Supporting marketing and brand activities.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience as an Oracle ERP Architect or Senior Consultant.
- Deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and eBusiness Suite (EBS).
- Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and complex integrations.
- Strong expertise in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting).
- Hands-on experience with technical ERP components, including extensions, integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills.
- Ability to mentor teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Oracle ERP certifications (Fusion, EBS, Cloud).
- Experience in Oracle HCM
- Experience in hybrid ERP environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Familiarity with ERP project methodologies, governance, and best practices.
- Exposure to team management or interest in transitioning into a managerial role.
