. This role will be based in the
London
office
.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a
Employee Benefits Implementation Consultant
, you will lead workshops to understand client needs, define and document requirements, and work with teams to implement and test solutions. You'll manage tasks to meet project timelines, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly, and support project management activities. Additionally, you'll help improve processes and drive efficiency within the team and Darwin Services.

We will rely on you to:

  • Lead project workshops to understand the client's business and benefit structures and how Darwin best works to meet their needs.
  • Be accountable for the scoping, designing and documenting requirements in accordance with DDM.
  • Work with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and overseeing the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • To follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with the timelines.
  • To capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project with the client.
  • To have excellent stakeholder and relationship management that enables you to mediate and provide solutions on how best to meet the client's needs within the framework of Darwin's capabilities.
  • To be able to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner to all stakeholders.
  • Be able to manage workload prioritisation with your Squad Lead and to remain focussed while always being aware of the strategic picture across both clients and the business.
  • Work with Project Managers in updating their plans, risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM).
  • Help to improve processes and drive efficiency across both the department and Darwin Services.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in working in the implementation of Enterprise software.
  • Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees.
  • Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital.
  • Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused.
  • To be confident working as part of a team while equally being comfortable working on your own deliverables individually.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering an elevated level of accuracy.
  • Interpersonal and consultative skills.
