Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive both personally and academically? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Health and Wellbeing Officer to join our student support team at NPTC Group of Colleges.

Scale 4, Points , £28,086 - £30,246 per annum.

37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract: Full-time, fixed term until 31 March 2026.

About you:Our ideal candidate will have a Level 4 qualification (HNC or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and have relevant experience. You should also hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 3.

Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24-hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Heath and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources.

There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and If you are based in the South we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath.
