Front Of House Supervisor responsibilities:

· To work closely and communicate with FOH Manager to oversee the operation of the Caddy Shack, all courses, and staff.

. To monitor and supervise the Front of House team ensuring the highest standard of customer care is provided.

. To deliver on-going training to the Front of House team.

. To perform all duties/ responsibilities of a Front of House staff member.

.To discuss staff levels/ rota with the Front of House Manager.

. To schedule breaks and rotations of roles within the Front of House team

.Monitor daily/ large group bookings and communicate with the Front of House team

.Be an overall ambassador for all staff ensuring that there is clear communication between staff and management
