We are currently in a state of growth and looking for someone to help senior management take the business to a new level

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Bordon and Headley. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care, including reviewing prescriptions, preparing and dispensing medications, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The individual will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapies, provide patient education, and promote medication safety. The role may also involve compounding medications and monitoring patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy operations
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Care and Medicine management to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Skills in Compounding and handling medications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and patients
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist
  • Relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage a workload that we should expect from a responsible pharmacist
