We are currently recruiting for a Peripatetic Inclusion Support Practitioners to work across multiple schools in Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. In this vital role, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality learning by working across different classrooms and schools, planning and delivering lessons, leading small group interventions, and providing flexible cover where needed.

General Roles and Responsibilities:

· Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of individual students, small groups, or whole classes across multiple schools in Northampton and Milton Keynes.

· Deliver targeted interventions (e.g., Phonics, Literacy, SEMH, Metacognition) informed by educational research, adapting approaches to each school setting.

· Conduct assessments (Lucid, dyslexia, dyscalculia) to identify learning needs and guide support strategies across different school contexts.

· Track and evaluate student progress using platforms such as Edukey, IEPs, and Pupil Passports, ensuring continuity of support across schools.

· Supervise students during lunch, break, and wraparound care, promoting safety, positive behaviour, and consistency across multiple sites.

· Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff in each setting to support inclusive learning and smooth transitions.

· Plan and deliver lessons under teacher direction, including providing cover as required in various schools.

· Collaborate with SENDCos and contribute to intervention planning and review meetings, sharing insights across schools to inform best practice.

· Promote emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and the academy's values and behaviour policies consistently across all schools.

· Commit to ongoing professional development and research-informed practice to enhance impact across the trust.
