What You'll be doing:

KBS Maritime are recruiting a Subcontractor Manager within the Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be managing a team of subcontract coordinators, ensuring compliance while delivering maintenance services and minor project works. This includes managing quote submissions and funding approval requests through the CAFM system.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries on assets and contracted works as well as be responsible for preparing weekly operations reports and managing KPIs and SLAs with third parties. You will work closely with the Commercial team to highlight and progress all contractual matters ensuring appropriate control systems are in place to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.

You'll Have:

Demonstrable experience within Facilities management, Vendor management in Building Services or Critical Environments.

About you:

You'll hold a qualification in Engineering along with demonstrable facilities management experience along with a strong aptitude for flexibility—able to adapt effectively to change and uncertainty while delivering value and meeting evolving needs, and you'll be confident in building relationships through positive engagement and collaboration.
