Reports To: Lead Asset Manager

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week

Join Natural Power, a pioneer in renewable energy for over 30 years. We help clients across the UK and Europe manage safe, efficient, and high-performing renewable assets - and now we're looking for an Asset Manager to join our growing Operations & Asset Management team.

The Role

As an Asset Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of renewable energy projects, ensuring they remain compliant, reliable, and performing at their best. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and clients to manage day-to-day operations, performance reviews, and technical reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your engineering or technical background in a role that combines client management, problem-solving, and project coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the key contact for clients and service providers
  • Monitor project performance and drive improvements
  • Manage inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities
  • Review reports, budgets, and operational data
  • Handle stakeholder communications and site enquiries

What You'll Bring

  • HNC/HND or degree in an engineering or technical discipline
  • Experience in an engineering, technical, or asset management role
  • Strong communication, organisational, and client management skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable: Renewable energy experience, HV systems knowledge, or IOSH/NEBOSH certification
