About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Fractional HR Professional to support our UK operations. Based in London, this role requires a seasoned HR leader with 15–20 years of hands-on experience in UK employment practices, HR operations, and strategic people management. The ideal candidate should have understanding of how to scale HR processes for a growing organization. You'll be the go-to person for all HR matters in the UK, providing steady guidance, practical solutions, and reliable support to both employees and leadership.
Job Description:
Take ownership of HR operations and ensure everything aligns with current UK employment law.
Keep employee records up to date and make sure all statutory requirements are met.
Work closely with finance and payroll providers to ensure payroll runs smoothly and accurately each month.
Oversee attendance, leave, and absence management
Manage UKVI processes, including sponsorships, CoS requests, and SMS updates.
Support employees with relocations, international assignments, and business travel requirements.
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, concerns, or grievances, handling each situation fairly and professionally.
Lead engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive, supportive working culture.
Provide leadership with guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, compliance, and general people matters.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction through to performance reviews and offboarding.
Draft and update HR policies in line with UK legal requirements
Expected and Desired Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Proven knowledge of UK HR regulations, payroll, and UKVI visa processes.
Comfortable working with HR systems and productivity tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
15–20 years of HR experience, ideally covering both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Proven background in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
Exposure to international HR operations (especially UK) is a strong plus.
Education Background:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Master's degree (MBA/HR specialization) preferred.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is a strong advantage.
